- Psycho-labour assessments: an evaluation performed by a psychologist to understand how a candidate will adapt to a particular position or a specific organisational culture.
- Assessment centre: we perform on-site assessments using various techniques such as role-play and case discussion to identify the competencies required to fulfil a specific role within a company.
