  • Competency evaluations: these are based on a personal interview where the experts determine if the candidate has the competencies, skills and abilities needed for a particular vacancy. We also explore the salary and professional development expectations of the candidate.
  • Psycho-labour assessments: an evaluation performed by a psychologist to understand how a candidate will adapt to a particular position or a specific organisational culture.
  • Assessment centre: we perform on-site assessments using various techniques such as role-play and case discussion to identify the competencies required to fulfil a specific role within a company.
