Our services include entity set-up, corporate secretarial services and directorships and a broad range of management services, such as day-to-day administration, reporting, waterfall calculations and distributions. We also provide regulatory and portfolio reporting services.

Our footprint means that we can support structures with multiple legs in different jurisdictions. Currently we work with clients on securitisations across all major asset classes, such as CLO, CRE, trade receivables, NPL, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, repacks, aircraft leasing, and warehouse lending facilities.

We can provide an end-to-end solution that covers setting up and maintaining the structure, supporting the transactions that fund the asset pool, and refinancing or restructuring. On the aircraft finance side, we have extensive operating lease experience and work with nine out of the top ten global aircraft lessors.

NPL services

Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) are a huge challenge, and opportunity, with volumes expected to surge in the coming years. This includes the traditional NPL hotspots, such as Mediterranean countries, but also markets such as China, the UK and the US. NPLs are now rightly seen as a global concern.

Aircraft finance services
