About TMF Group Malaysia office
TMF Group Malaysia was established in 2003 after obtaining a domestic trust licence under the Trust Companies Act 1949 and approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia to act as Trustees for Private Debt Securities issuance and Unit Trust funds.
TMF Group operates three offices within Malaysia. Our teams in Kuala Lumpur and Penang specialise in accounting, payroll, corporate secretarial, trustee and fund services, special purpose vehicle services and process agent services.
We also operate an office in Labuan with particular expertise in asset management, trustee and fund services, and corporate structures.
