TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, serving more than 8,000 clients in 85 jurisdictions, has today announced the acquisition of Etive Consulting, a UAE-based company providing compliance advisory, governance support, and AML services, among others. The company serves start-ups and large international companies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, across a range of sectors.
The acquisition marks an important milestone for the development of TMF Group’s presence in the UAE and the wider Middle East region.
Moreover, this operation will enable TMF UAE to further grow the business, in addition to increasing its foothold and credibility in the fast-growing Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets and expanding its compliance and governance capabilities.
As a result of the deal, eleven new specialists will join TMF UAE in the coming months.
Katrina Bradley, who founded the company in 2012, will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transition of ownership to TMF Group.
